Our laboratory is equipped with all the necessary tools needed to ensure the perfect quality of castings.
WE OWN:
- spectrometer for testing the chemical composition of materials
- machine for static strength tests (Rm, Re, elongation)
- hardness tester for measuring Brinell HB hardness
- microscope for testing the microstructure

Thanks to cooperation with certified external companies, we are able to offer our clients a full range of non-destructive testing, such as:
- ultrasonic testing UT, magnetic powder testing MP
- PT penetration tests, X-ray examinations
CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
MATERIAL CERTIFICATE 3.1.
At
customer's request, we issue a 3.1 material certificate and a certificate of
compliance. It is possible to present a measurement report from the CMM machine
for a trial batch of castings.
